At the Pilates Practice we specialise in
machine-based Pilates using specially designed STOTT* equipment, incorporating springs and pulleys which gently increase muscle resistance.We hold private lessons (60 minutes) on a one-to-one basis, or small general classes (75 minutes) for up to 4 people.

On a one-to-one lesson the instructor guides you through a range of exercises until a level is reached where you are able to progress into a general class. You can then work at your own pace and level. We recommend 3 private classes before going into a general class.

Opening hours: Monday to Friday 7.30am - 9pm;
Saturday and Sunday 9.30am - 2pm
